I had a lovely stay at this hotel, enjoying the clean and comfortable rooms, along with the friendly and helpful staff. The location couldn't be better, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and the beach. However, I found the breakfast a bit overpriced for what it offered. Overall, it was a great experience with good value for money.

I had a lovely stay at this hotel, which is perfectly located near the beach and plenty of shops and restaurants. My room was comfortable and clean, but I found the decor to be a bit dated. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, making my experience even better. While the breakfast buffet had a decent selection, the price seemed a bit steep for what was offered. Overall, it's a solid choice but not without areas for improvement.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel, especially enjoying the fantastic location just a couple of minutes from the beach. The rooms were small but efficiently designed with comfortable beds and useful amenities. Service could definitely use some improvement, as staff seemed a bit disorganized at check-in. Overall, it's a decent choice for the price considering the central location and comfortable stay.
Rooms
7.0
The rooms are small, which is typical for Europe, but they are very efficient. I appreciated the comfortable bed and availability of a coffee bar, along with a safe and multiple sockets, including a USB socket.
Service
5.0
Service could use an attitude change. I had some trouble with my reservation, and staff suggested I go to another hotel, which was frustrating, especially with a lot of luggage and having a disabled wife.
Location

The location is fantastic, being centrally placed just a short walk to the beach. It's perfect for exploring all that Biarritz has to offer and right in the heart of the city.
Dining

Dining was good with a decent range of options, but we ended up skipping breakfast at the hotel to visit local food markets instead.
Facilities

The hotel boasts a fantastic location right in the heart of Biarritz, just minutes from the beach. The staff was friendly and helpful, which made my stay more pleasant. However, the room lacked a bath and I found the coffee-making setup a bit disappointing with only paper cups provided. Overall, while the experience was enjoyable, there are areas that could be improved, especially regarding room amenities.
Rooms
6.0
My room was clean but did not have a bath, which was a letdown. Additionally, there was only a kettle with paper cups, which wasn't great for coffee. I also struggled to find space to drop our two suitcases.
Service
7.0
For the most part, the service was friendly and helpful, though there was a hiccup when I first arrived with a lot of luggage and my disabled wife. They didn’t have my reservation and suggested another hotel, but the overall help from the staff was nice.
Location
9.0
The location is amazing—right in the center of Biarritz and just a couple of minutes from the beach. It's also close to many shops and restaurants, making it convenient for exploring the area.
Dining

Dining options seemed a bit pricey, and I ended up skipping the hotel's restaurant to try a great cafe across the road instead. Overall, it was good, but I think I would have preferred more variety.
Facilities
7.0
Facilities were decent, but nothing stood out as extraordinary. The amenities could use an update to match the location and service quality.

The location was fantastic, just a short walk from the beach and vibrant street life. Although the dining options were somewhat limited, I found good alternatives nearby. Overall, it’s a nice choice, providing great value for money.
Rooms

The rooms were very clean and nicely decorated, though not that big. It was fine for me and another person, but exiting the WC meant having to wash my hands after stepping outside.
